Returns & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene, health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested products.

We will only accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item is faulty.
  • The wrong item was sent.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photographic evidence may be required.
  • The item must remain unused and in its original packaging where possible.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order:

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
  • Products must be sealed, unused, and in a resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
