Returns & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene, health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested products.
We will only accept returns if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item is faulty.
- The wrong item was sent.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photographic evidence may be required.
- The item must remain unused and in its original packaging where possible.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind after receiving your order:
- Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
- Products must be sealed, unused, and in a resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products showing signs of use
- Gift cards
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
