Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, promotions, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched on the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

While we aim to dispatch eligible orders on the same day whenever possible, this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods, promotions, product launches, or circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery Service

We currently offer:

Royal Mail Tracked Next Day Delivery – £4.99

Orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service and tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please note that next-day delivery refers to the courier service selected and does not include processing time.

Delivery Times

While every effort is made to meet these delivery estimates, they are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate.

The Glow Theory is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please allow additional time during busy periods before contacting us.

Should your parcel appear lost, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the matter.

Courier investigations may take several business days to complete.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
